RECENT PROJECTS
Hilltop Bungalow
A new build designed into a hill top in the Del Ray neighborhood. This new construction project boasts four porches for outdoor living, a stone fireplace, custom millwork and beams and built-ins throughout. Although new construction the house integrates into the neighborhood as if it's always been there.
Color Meets Classic
We worked hard to design a house that met all of the needs of our clients, had the right scale for the neighborhood and the lot and still held the classic elements of a bungalow. As one of our favorite design to date this house has a front and rear porch, masonry fireplace, nooks and built-ins to take advantage of all spaces and completely customized for our clients. Color was integrated in a bold yet classic way throughout.
Farm House to Queen Anne
Originally an early 1900s farmhouse in the heart of Del Ray, we gutted the interior and added a side and rear addition to create a library, new bedrooms and bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, screen porch and sitting room. Traditional design details and airy colors make for a serene and classic home.
Tradition with a Twist
This craftsman bungalow was a total new build but the architecture and style perfectly meld into the Del Ray neighborhood. It was designed in collaboration with our clients to remain both relevant through the years and have a bit of a twist to make it uniquely theirs. Each detail was carefully constructed and thoughtfully designed, from the color scheme, to the trim package, tile selections, lighting and custom built-ins.
